Course Introduction
The goal of this course is to cultivate talented people with global service manners that are essential to the service industry.
Students can experience world-class service culture through real-world examples.
From the basics of service to sales techniques, how to deal with dissatisfied customers, and how to deal with customers by customer type, you can learn all the situations that can occur through practice and use them immediately at the service site.

Including course fees (5 days), material costs (DiSC diagnosis sheet), cultural experience fee (2 days: Seoul City Tour, Everland), room with full-board (Suwon Mate Hotel or similar)
