For regular courses, applicants who have graduated (or expected to graduate) from high school, higher education or those who are judged to have equivalent academic ability, and hold either a D4 (Language Study), or F (Resident) visa can apply.
Applicants for the regular course must apply for a Korean language course of at least 4 semesters.
The special course is for those with a C3 (tourist visa) or higher visa, and there is no requirements for academic ability.

Refund Policy
- Tuition that has already been paid will not be refunded.
Except if there are unavoidable circumstances such as a natural disaster, disease, university admission, university transfer (except transferring to another institution), etc. In all cases, the admission fee is never refundable. - 100% of tuition can be refunded if the course cannot be taken due to visa refusal or if the registration is canceled before the start of the class.
70% of the tuition fee can be refunded if the student withdraws within two weeks after the start of the class.
If a student withdraws before 1/2 of the semester due to unavoidable circumstances, a refund of 50% or less may be possible at the discretion of the center director. - Dormitory fees are non-refundable for one year after registration.
However, the deposit will be returned without deduction depending on whether the facility is not damaged upon leaving. - In order to receive a refund, the supporting documents required for the refund must be submitted within one week of the event.
